Who we are

JP Financial Services (“we”, “us”) is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, ARN-247487. You can reach us at info@jpfinservices.com.

We distribute products. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, and we are not registered with IRDAI as an insurance intermediary.

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. There is no assurance or guarantee of returns or of capital protection in any scheme.

What we do, and what we do not do

  • We recommend a curated list of mutual fund schemes to investors, based on our assessment of the investor’s risk profile and the suitability of the scheme for the investor’s goal, and we help investors execute transactions.
  • Any guidance we give is limited to this kind of basic, incidental advice about mutual fund schemes. We do not provide financial planning, portfolio management or holistic investment advice.
  • The content on this website is for general information and education. It is not a recommendation, offer or solicitation for any specific scheme or product, and it does not consider your personal circumstances.
  • Where you invest without any recommendation from us (an “execution-only” transaction), the decision is yours. If we believe such a transaction is unsuitable for you, we will tell you in writing and may ask you to acknowledge it before we proceed.

How we are paid

As a mutual fund distributor, we earn trail commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) on the schemes we distribute. This is included in each scheme’s expense ratio and is disclosed in the scheme documents. We do not charge you a separate advisory fee. Because we earn commission, we may have a conflict of interest in recommending one product over another. Details of commissions received are available on request.

We do not offer rebates, gifts, gift vouchers or any inducement to invest, and we do not offer “free advice” or “free portfolio reviews.”

Calculators, tables and charts on this website are for illustration only. They rely on assumptions that you can change, and the results are not a forecast, projection or guarantee. They do not constitute investment advice. Actual results will differ.

NAV and market data

NAV and scheme data shown on this website is sourced from AMFI and other public sources. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. The latest NAV is declared by the AMC and should be confirmed with the AMC or scheme documents. Showing a scheme’s data is not a recommendation to invest in it.

Other products

  • PMS, AIF and SIF: These are high-risk products with minimum investment thresholds and are not mutual funds in the ordinary sense. Read the Disclosure Document, Private Placement Memorandum or Investment Strategy Information Document carefully before investing. We act only as a distributor of these products.
  • Insurance: Information about insurance on this website is general and educational. Insurance products are issued by IRDAI-licensed insurers, and their terms, exclusions and premiums are as stated in the policy document. Read it carefully before buying. We are not registered with IRDAI, and nothing on this website is insurance advice.

Registrations and endorsement

Registration with AMFI does not imply any recommendation or endorsement of us or our services by AMFI, SEBI or any other regulator. We follow the SEBI regulations, AMFI guidelines and the Code of Conduct for Mutual Fund Distributors that apply to us.

Third-party content and logos

Names and logos of AMCs, insurers and other third parties appear only where we have their approval, and remain the property of their owners. Videos and links from SEBI, AMFI or other third parties are provided for investor awareness. We do not control their content, and their inclusion is not an endorsement.

Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate, but it is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the website’s content or from interruptions or errors in it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
